1. Advance payment
A 50% advance confirms your booking. The balance is paid before the shoot starts.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your slot, subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation.
3. Cancellation by you

Charges for pro equipment or crew already confirmed with partners may be non-refundable if the partner charges us; we will tell you this before you pay.
4. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel, you get a 100% refund or a free reschedule, as you prefer.
5. Late arrival, no-shows & power cuts
Late arrival does not extend your booked time. A power cut is not a cancellation by the studio; a basic inverter runs lights and fans, and full power backup for your equipment can be booked in advance. If the studio cannot be used at all, section 4 applies.
6. How refunds work
Request a cancellation by WhatsApp (+91 99904 33319) or email (shutterdeck0@gmail.com) with your booking ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
Every shoot needs a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000, paid before the shoot starts and returned within 48 hours after the studio is checked, minus any damage charges.
