1. Who can be on set & booked time
On set: the camera team, models/actors and up to 2 client representatives. Please share your crew list when you book.
Your booked time includes setup and pack-down. If your shoot runs past your booked time, overtime is ₹2,000/hr, and ₹3,000/hr after 7 PM. Overtime is only possible if the studio is not booked after you.
2. Conduct
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs anywhere in the studio.
- No food or drinks on the cyc or set; use the makeup area.
- Keep noise reasonable and respect neighbours.
- Leave the studio as you found it.
3. Cyclorama & sets
Use the shoe covers provided on the cyc. No tape, nails or paint on walls or the cyc without permission. Damage to the cyclorama is charged from ₹2,500 to ₹20,000, depending on the repair needed (touch-up, repaint or resurfacing). Coloured paper use is ₹800 per colour and a floor change is ₹500.
4. Special effects & messy shoots
Smoke/haze, water, colour powder, confetti, glitter, food and pets need our prior approval, and any cleaning needed is charged from the security deposit. Fire and pyrotechnics are not allowed.
5. Equipment
Handle studio equipment with care and follow staff instructions. Do not move rigged lights or the set wall without our team. Pro gear from partner rental houses follows the partner's terms as well.
6. Security deposit & damage charges
Every shoot needs a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000, paid before the shoot starts and returned within 48 hours after the studio is checked, minus any damage charges.
Damage to the cyclorama is charged from ₹2,500 to ₹20,000, depending on the repair needed (touch-up, repaint or resurfacing). Loss or damage caused by you, your crew or talent is charged at repair or replacement cost, plus any cleaning required. We will show you the damage and the cost before charging.
7. Children & pets
Children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times, and a guardian consent form is required. Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
8. Safety, power & CCTV
Keep exits and walkways clear. Basic inverter backup runs the lights and fans only. Full power backup for shoot equipment is available on request at ₹500/hr. The studio is monitored by CCTV for security. Report any accident or damage to staff immediately.
