1. Nature of service
Shutterdeck provides studio rental and production services. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Booking confirmation
Once your advance is paid, your booking is confirmed by WhatsApp and/or email, normally within minutes and at most within 24 hours.
3. Studio services
Studio services are delivered at Basement, Plot No. 70, Avenue 77, Sector 77, NH-8, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 on the booked date and time.
4. Digital deliverables
Raw footage is handed over on the day of the shoot (on your drive or by download link). Edited episodes, reels and photos, where purchased, are delivered digitally by download link within 5 working days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. On-location services
Mobile podcast setups are delivered at the venue and time agreed in your booking within Delhi NCR.
