50% of the booking value confirms your slot. The balance is paid before the shoot starts.

UPI for now. Card and net-banking payments through a secure payment gateway are coming soon. We never ask for card details on WhatsApp.

Yes. Every booking gets a GST invoice. Share your company GSTIN when you book if you want to claim input credit.

At least 24 hours ahead; 48 hours if you need pro gear from our partner rental houses. Same-day slots are possible when the calendar is free.

Yes. Book a free 30-minute studio visit any day between 9 AM and 7 PM.

₹1,500/hr on weekdays and ₹1,800/hr on weekends, minimum 2 hours, + 18% GST.

Yes. Half day (4 hrs) ₹5,500 weekdays / ₹6,500 weekends. Full day (9 hrs) ₹11,000 / ₹13,000. All + 18% GST.

If your shoot runs past your booked time, overtime is ₹2,000/hr, and ₹3,000/hr after 7 PM. Overtime is only possible if the studio is not booked after you.

Studio hours are 9 AM to 7 PM. Shoots after 8 PM carry ₹2,000 extra over the hourly charges.

No. Extras are listed upfront: coloured paper ₹800 per colour, floor change ₹500, full power backup ₹500/hr if requested, and a refundable ₹5,000 security deposit on every shoot.

Every shoot needs a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000, paid before the shoot starts and returned within 48 hours after the studio is checked, minus any damage charges.

Studio Only ₹1,500/hr, Plug & Play ₹3,500/hr (2 cameras, lights, operator), Full Production ₹9,999/episode (edited episode + 3 reels + thumbnail), and Creator Membership from ₹12,000/month.

It is a low-echo, acoustically treated room that is great for dialogue, but not a fully soundproof booth.

Raw files are handed over the same day. Edited Full Production episodes are delivered within 5 working days.

Yes. List your gear when you book. Our strobes, LED lights and modifiers are included free if you need them.

Yes, with a parent or guardian present at all times. We ask the guardian to sign a short consent form.

Only with prior approval; any cleaning needed is charged from the security deposit. Fire is not allowed.

Damage to the cyclorama is charged from ₹2,500 to ₹20,000, depending on the repair needed (touch-up, repaint or resurfacing).

Yes. Photographer ₹3,500 half day / ₹7,000 full day; camera operator ₹4,000 / ₹8,000; editing from ₹600 per reel.

Basic inverter backup runs the lights and fans only. Full power backup for shoot equipment is available on request at ₹500/hr.

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot, once per booking, subject to availability.

More than 72 hours before: full refund of the advance. 24–72 hours before: 50% refund. Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund. If we cancel, you get a 100% refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
