- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours.
- Resolution: within 30 days of receipt.
4. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response on a personal data matter, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. For consumer matters, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate consumer commission.
